Support is ghosting me

Hello,

I am not recieving any status updates or any decisions regarding my ticket for more than a month (ticket N 21282). I am communicating with <support@vkbfsceurope.freshdesk.com>
My problem is that MCG Ultimake MKIII doesn't work with BB MkIII when directly connected. Yes I am using FFBeast base.
Can somebody tell why I see this sluggish response recently?

Can I have my grip back please? What is the point for you to keep it if the answer had been provided 6 days ago.
And it is quite weird that I recieved no notification over e-mail which is a standard way of communication.

Is there any additional actions I need to take to get my grip back from you? Support e-mail looks non responsive.

Sorry that it took so long to answer and your grip has traveled back and force just to confirm that it operates well. That solution is non-standard as it is used with 3rd party hardware.

Glad that the solution is found so we are ready to ship the grip back to you.

Please confirm the shipping address via the same ticket to us and we will do that immediately.
