Hi guys,
first of all, thanks for the great procuts you are developing! Such a joy to use. I own following unit with following firmware currently (for approx. 2 years or so):
Product Name: VKBsim Gunfighter MCG Pro Twist
PRO version
T-Link supported
Firmware version: v2.199
Reason i am reaching out is a strange issue i am getting since 1 month or so.
When moving axis X and Y (roll and pitch), i sometimes get strange noise on axis Z, slider 2 and HAT at the same time. It basically goes to max for a fraction of a second. I have used the VKB Joytester to confirm and log the issue. See attached image.
Is there any way to resolve this by software? Do you know what this could be?

Re: Random noise artifacts on 3 axis
Run that test again with only 1 axis checked in tester at once to see which axes are spiking. Also, flash to the latest firmware, reset to default and recalibrate beforehand.
Re: Random noise artifacts on 3 axis
Hey Fallout9, thanks for your feedback.
The fw is already the latest i can find on your website. Did the default reset and calibration and rerun the test again with all axis individually. See below the ones that actually triggered (i have only moved x and y again, all others were untouched in all tests). Any setting or so i could try to get these peaks out? some smoothing or so maybe?

Re: Random noise artifacts on 3 axis
Step1. Check X axis, uncheck Y.
2. Move grip. Register outputs.
3.Check Y axis, uncheck X.
4. Move grip. Register outputs.
May be it will allow to find axis - error source.

Re: Random noise artifacts on 3 axis
Try the latest firmware and the configurator from here.
In the Profile-Axes tab, you are interested in the logical and physical axes sections. The profile file is usually located in the configurator folder when saving to disk using the Save button. This is what you need to archive and attach to the message.
