Ministick on new Omni Gladiator Not WEorking

I just received dual Omni Gladiator EVOs. The left ministick is functioning just fine. Button switches between digital and analog mode. The right ministick is not registering at all in either mode, but the button is still recognized.

If I am missing something, please let me know. I didn't have to configure anything for the left ministick. I would assume that the right one would function in the same manner.

I made this post prior to finding out about the support tickets. I couldn't remove it because it was waiting for admin approval.

That being said, I've been waiting over 2 days for a response.

My main profile account is unable to log into the support section of your website. It seems the accounts are not linked to that site. I no longer have access to the ticket. I opened a new ticket... I do not have access to the new ticket. No one is replying to any of my emails. So apparently, there are three separate accounts you need: forums, website, and support. I cannot even create an account on the support section of the site.
