Need help setting up mini stick as virtual mouse

Hello,
I'm trying to configurate my Gladiator NXT EVO so that the mini stick works as a virtual mouse.
I followed step by step the procedure shown in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5adWtO_dME&t=2s

It works until I try to switch back from POV2 to POV1 with a long push on the mini stick. When I do so, it doesn't switch back to POV 1. It deactivates the virtual mouse but POV 1 is not activated. It switches to the axes instead, red light stays ON.
I changed modes from Tempo B to cyclic, and then it works (short press on the stick will switch from POV1 to POV2), but I would prefer the Tempo B solution so that I can configure the short press on the stick as a mouse click.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, so if any help is welcome !
