SCG Grip Conversion Kit disabling Z-Axis

Hi everyone,

I ordered the SCG Grip Conversion Kit (right) to have my original Gladiator NXT OTA upright again.

So according to the product page (https://flightsimcontrols.com/product/s ... rsion-kit/), this is the right product for what I'm trying to do. Installation went smooth so far, but I immediately noticed, that the twist axis is not working anymore in VKB Joytester (e.g.)

Confused, I put the OTA twist adapter back in and the twist axis does work.

I don't understand why, as for the stick, the twist adapter is just a magnet that is moving near the HE sensors within the SCG grip.
Can it be a broken conversion kit with e.g. a faulty magnet?

You changed the position of the magnet, you need to reinitialize:
- select the device at the top of VKBDevCfg;,
- click Default button under the Tools tab;,
- after restart click Yes to the configure popup;,
- after restart click Yes to calibration popup and calibrate all axes (including the twist);
- click End Calibr button.
