VKB Gladiator NXT Y-Axis problem!

I have the following issue with my VKB Gladiator NXT joystick.

The problem occurs when I pull the stick toward myself and hold it there for a while. It manifests in a way that looks as if I’m slowly releasing the stick back toward the center, even though I’m not doing that. After that, when I let go of the stick, the joystick is completely out of calibration.

Does anyone know if this could be related to the magnet inside, or is this an electronic failure?

Looks like the magnet got loose - here's the guide to fix the issue.

It was the loose magnet! I was able to fix it and now it works again!
