Gladiator Mk II Grip Design

Postby lukrative525 » Thu Dec 11, 2025 22:43

I want to add some adhesive-backed grip tape to the grip of my Gladiator Mk II, something like this:

I'm comfortable with CAD, and I would like to design some stencils that I can 3D print and use to cut out the grip tape so it doesn't look janky. The best way to do this would be to start with a CAD model of the exterior surface of the grip, trim that surface down to where I want the grip tape to go, and then flatten the surface in CAD. Any chance y'all would be wiling to send me an IGES or STEP file with just the relevant parts of the exterior surface of the grip (I totally get not wanting to send a full CAD model)?

Thanks in advance!

Long time ago I used vinyl tape for car design, hair dryer and made King Kobra grip look fine. As for me))).

Thanks for the suggestion. If I have to go that route (or something like it) then I will, but I'd really rather just model it so that it looks like it belongs.
