Gladiator NTX do not center y-axis

Postby Schoettler » Tue Sep 30, 2025 17:17

Hello together,

I have a Gladiator NTX (not EVO) from July 2021. Since a long time I have problems to calibrate the stick. But now it's almost unplayable. The problem is with the y-axis. The other axis works fine. The y-axis doesn't center and also swap between high and low from the center. I don't know if this is a software-problem or a defective gimbal. Is it possible to get a spare-part? I see it's possible to order an "EVO-Upgrade" but it's out of stock.

Most likely, the Y-axis magnet may shift when the handle is moved. It should be accessed and secured with a few drops of glue.

Hi! Thanks for that tip. I checked the magnet base, I think it's all ok. The magnet is in place and don't wobble.

Visually, it will be in place, but it may shift slightly when you move the handle. Use a felt-tip pen to mark the magnet and the mounting surface. Then, using something metal, try rotating the magnet and check that the marks are aligned.
I would recommend applying a couple of drops of instant glue around the circumference (don't overdo it) to be sure.

Holy ****. It works! I simply glued the magnet as you sad, and it works great now. That's for your help!
