Gunfighter MKIV Y Axis Acting Irradically

Y-Axis Issue: VKB Gunfighter MkIV Erratic on Windows 11

I'm running a VKB Gunfighter MkIV (MCG Ultimate grip) on Windows 11 with firmware V2.199 and device config v0.93.43. The Y-axis is functionally erratic: it fails to register full limits when sweeping the stick and doesn't return to center reliably. The Y axis will also register differently if the X-axis is moved off center. I have tried re-flashing the firmware, re-calibrating the stick, and have verified there are no loose cables in the base unit.
