It looks like UPS has lost tracking/does not know where my order (#66924) is. I called their customer support and they asked me or sender (VKB europe) to make a reclamation. How should I proceed? I already made a support ticket to you but should I also start the reclamation directly with UPS?
This is not the first time with UPS for me, last time the company I ordered from asked me to start the reclamation process. If I can choose, I will never use UPS again.
