NXT EVO: Throttle not detected

Hi all!

Just unpacked my order and the NXT EVO with premium grip looks and feels awesome.
I seem to be missing the red screwholders for the dampeners though which is peculiar but not really an issue.
What is an issue though is that on using VKB DefConf I don't seem to get any response on the base throttle. Z-axis stays at zero and is not moving at all. Calibrating and reapplying the firmware though bootloader didn't resolve this.
Is this a known issue or is there something I can try to solve this?

Did you buy one of them open box EVOs that are on sale from the EU store at the moment?

That looks like a fairly old model between the 5-pin S-LED connector on the USB board and the lack of rubber rings on the clutch adjustment screws. You probably need a different firmware version, marked as "kmz41" or "before_11_2022".
