Button for ON + OFF function

Button for ON + OFF function

I want to use the ring finger button on my Gunfighter IV for switching the nose wheel steering (in DCS) to on or off. So i thing I must make it a two way switch. but here starts the question: how can I do that. If you can help, please do so.

Please clarify what do you want. 1st press, 2nd press... What must happen?

First press = nose wheel steering ON, second press OFF. This is all I want.
