So i bought the Gladiator NXT EVO F-14 joystick earlier this year, and now I had to update the firmware, but something went wrong in the proces.
I can no longer flash it

If you have an Evo, then the firmware from Gladiator-K (an earlier version of the joystick) will not work for it. Use the correct firmware and everything will be fine.
Choose _Gladiator_EVO and after the firmware you need to agree to the configuration - the handle will be determined.
