No they did not... not this time. No matter what I have been trying... no amount of software tweaking or physical manipulation of the magnet is fixing the issue. I appreciate the time you took to help, but it's got to be a hardware issue. I got in contact with tech support via email and they will send me a new Sensor PCB component.

But I never got a screenshot with MPL=10 and axis calibration :( .

Ok... so to conclude the issue with this topic, I received the new PCB replacement components, and after installing them, they fixed the issue. :)
