Nice save.
I ran out of ideas. Can we expect at least any kind of development update after 1.5 years? Without release date of course

Thanks,

We are starting to get closer and closer to Duke Nukem Forever development style.

I'm beginning to feel the same way. We've had several other projects from VKB be announced and then released as one would expect. But TECS? Nothing but a black hole about what's actually going on. All we ever receive are these deliberately vague replies that answer nothing.
Look at the last official reply we received here: "nice try." That's as much of a non-answer as one's going to get.
Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD
I believe they are making it. Why would they not? The mid-budget section lacks a proper throttle in the market. There's a ton of cash to be had here.
If we look at the release timeline it does make sense. Q4 last year they release the extension modules. So its safe to say the pandemic as loosen its grip on them and they are able to do stuff now. Then Q1 of this year they released the Gladiator NXT EVO. And just last month they released the WWII throttle as an add-on, its a small announcement but its something. I might be wrong with a bunch of that info but they have been doing something recently. Now assuming they don't have other things under their sleeves and the pandemic behaves itself it's safe to assume they are doing something with TECS and not wasting their time.
I know patience when you don't have it is a terrible form of torture. But it is what it is. I want VKB to know that when it comes my money is ready and waiting.

Anyone is entitled to their own opinion and welcomed to share it here without restrictions, as you noticed. Just asking to try to see a bit farther through the fog of war; we really have all reasons to come out with TECS ASAP. We know it's highly expected, we know delaying it hurting us. I said it 100 times - work on TECS is full throttle. It's coming out and there's no other way. It's just that there are a lot of pieces to put together to get a reliable product at the same price as initially announced. As you know, lots of other makers have increased their prices lately; we didn't and we're trying to keep the TECS in the same line. Fitting quality and affordability in the same box is not easy. I know it's been a long wait, but we're almost there.

I think we've all been extremely patient

I'm afraid I will have to correct you, I don't think I have seen or remember everything myself, but December 2017 is as far back as I go here:

Just a month extra but does put us in the 6th calendar year. If patience is a virtue we should all be a candidate for sainthood after our deaths, which may well happen before TECS is released

I agree with your dates I've been around and waiting for this product also for quite some time now, and during this time period we have only received one update since it was announced. Maybe it's time to just forget about it and move on.I'm not really crazy about any of the current throttles on the market at the moment. Hopefully, my Thrustmaster will continue to work until something new is released.
Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD
Gang I moved on over a year ago. Yes I will still take note and have some interest if/when this TECS throttle ever does see the light of day. In the meantime I am very much enjoying what is available today. Still loving my Gunfighter Mk III Pro L with Ultimate grip as well.
Too much good stuff available out there now.
