I have a Gladiator Mk. II, with the RH Premium SCG upgrade kit installed. Is it possible to use the Omni-Throttle Adapter with it?

Yes, make sure you're getting the one with GunFighter RevB connector.

Edit: to make sure I understand - I need to buy the Gunfighter (rev. B) OTA, not the Gladiator OTA, even though it's a Gladiator? Just want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing.

Also, while looking through the store I noticed the NXT to EVO upgrade kit - is it possible to apply this to the Mk. II with the upgrade kit lite? I'm mostly interested in the stronger upgraded gimbal, mine is unable to use the heavier springs included with the SCG.

Yes, you'll need the GunFighter OTA, as your Gladiator has been upgraded with he GunFighter connector.
