Nxt evo twist function cutting in and out

Just received a pair of nxt evo’s
The twist function on the right stick cuts in and out
And both sticks have an incredibly loud click noise while using the twist functions
I’ve heard from others that theirs don’t click.
I’ve tried calibrating the right stick to see if that would fix the cutting out issue but it didn’t.

It's not clicking, it's just the grease settling in, give it some time.
Select the right joystick and post a screenshot of Profile/Logical and Physical axes.
