Yes have done all that and posted pictures earlier, have done everything as suggested even took the cable out to continuity test it. Not particularly happy they are brand new with these problems but I'm trying to stay calm and appreciate the help to sort it :)

@fallout9 I took the pedals to friends house, completely different environment and same problem with the jitter/reading so I've ruled out any sort of EMF issue. I also tried a brand new network cable to connect the blackbox, same result.

As far as I am concerned I've run out of things to try and will be returning these ones.

Sorry yours didn’t work out for you. If I can figure out why mine worked I’ll let you know but hopefully your next pair works better

Let's recap:

- tried changing the USB port directly to the motherboard (no hub, no extension)?
- tried moving away from any ER source (wifi ext, router etc)?
- opened up so the magnet is exposed? is the magnet still in place? is the magnet moving? (do you have some pics btw?)
- disconnect the sensor cable from both ends and plug it back firmly? tried moving this cable while device is plugged to USB to verify cable integrity?

YES, plugged into a different computer also to confirm, same issue.
- tried moving away from any ER source (wifi ext, router etc)?
As above, different computer in different setting same problem

YES, multiple times removed the little circuit board and nothing stuck to magnet. https://imgur.com/a/TBTOqKG

YES, also tested with multimeter for cable continuity

I really want this product to work.
