Right hat switch not triggering on click

Hi on my new Evo Premium the right hat doesn't register a click when moving to the left (button 14). If I keep holding pressure and push harder then it finally does. Is this something I can try to service by opening it up and taking a look?

Try to pull the cap out; you might have to use some nose pliers as a lever.

Thanks do I need to dissemble the whole stick as shown in the video just remove the right hat?

Just the cap, if you pull it out you'll see what's happening inside. If there's nothing out of ordinary you could go ahead and open up.

Thanks, got the cap off and nothing unusual that I can see. Noticed that the click sound on that site is a little muted, not as strong as the other ones. I see there's an extra hat included (think it's meant replace the mini stick with), can I just replace this faulty hat with that then according to the video?
