I still don't see the MaRS option even after enabling developer mode: https://imgur.com/Ww7C5G4
Also should I be doing anything to register the black box?

Excellent, from the sensor on the 7th axis 0% errors. It remains only to calibrate this axis and show a screenshot of the Profile-Axes tab.

OMG!!!! This time when I went to calibrate the jittering finally stopped! The game is working fine now! I wonder what fixed it? I unplugged and replugged in all the wires I wonder if that helped. Now I don't have to return them :D

Pulled mine apart again and did continuity test on the cable, all appears ok. I plugged the cable in a few times and tested, still the same, no matter what I do the jitter remains and the sensor doesnt appear to smoothly move through the range as I rotate the magnet as you would expect.

Just to make sure everything is good on this side - you did press the Default button, right?
Is there a router, wifi extender or any other source of ER around the rudders?

Yes, press default, it reboots then calibrate.

I have a access point up on the roof so its not what I would consider "close" to the pedals. Never had EMF issues with anything before and my VKB stick works perfectly.

Well done Jbar for sorting yours out, I'm not so lucky! :(

Wish I knew what fixed it for me. As you saw I took everything apart and unplugged then replugged in all the wires. In the .ini file I added User=Developer under the user section and Test Misc Enabled=1 under the main "common" lines. After that I did what I've done a million times which was to click default then calibrate and for whatever reason it stopped

If the problem is not eliminated, then the screenshots from the configurator and JoyTester are better than any words.

This is what it is still doing after numerous attempts to get it running.

Check the presence of errors in the test-MISC when turned on with a green triangle and while pressing the pedals. Very similar to damage (non -contact) of the connecting train in the pedals themselves.
