So, I've been using my MCGU with no issues for a few months now, but the countermeasure management switch ahs stopped working again. I opened up the stick and tried the same steps I've used last time to rectify the issue, except this time, it failed to work.
I have a feeling it might have to do with either the circuit board or the components itself being faulty, as it looks loose. Does anyone know if that's the case?
My previous post on this same issue can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=6045&start=15
Also, if I can't resolve this, would I be able to claim warranty for this (I bought this on June 22, 2021 from the aliexpress store), and how would I go about doing this?

What do you mean loose? Nothing should be loose inside. Could you please post some pictures indicating which boards are loose?

I've included a picture with the loose board highlighted in red. It's the board that the CMS is attached to. When I move it slightly, the CM switch may work intermittently, and only for certain directions (the hat up and push directions)

Let's find out if it's the board or the cable. First, unplug the cable from both ends and plug it back firmly (device should be unplugged from USB while doing this). Push against the board side with a screwdriver so it won't move; meanwhile, move the cable around and see if the HAT switch it still disconnects.
Re: Countermeasure management switch on MCGU not working again...
I tried to do as you've suggested, but it seems like I can't get the switch to work at all. I've tried reconnecting the cables from both sides but still no luck. Pushing the board about doesn't seem to make any difference at all now. Also, I've noticed that moving the CMS causes the board to move as well. Not sure if that contributed to the intermittent connection back when the CMS switch somewhat worked.
