Orientation of Modern Combat Pro Grip

I have just setup a Modern Combat Pro grip on a Gunfighter III base on a Stronghold mount. Can I turn the grip a few degrees so that it lines up better with my arm? Where would I find instructions on how to do so?

Post a photo with the bottom of your grip to see if it's possible.
