Maximum spring load for gunfighter joystick

I am setting up the springs in a gunfighter stick and I want to know if there is a maximum spring load. I think I saw that 80 ( 2 x 40 springs was the max but now I can't find the reference). Is that true or is it OK to go up to 100 (2 x 50's)

For a configuration with an extension - yes.

I'm a bit late with my response to your question. I have the GFighter MK3 and have two #50 A springs on each axis. Perfect with the L extension.
