HI,
How long do I need to wait for this ticket to make any progress on it. It has been 3 weeks already.
It is clear from other tickets that there is a problem with the PCB. Unfortunately, I am not getting any response to this.
I would appreciate a quick response to this ticket and an express shipment of replacement PCB's so I can get both my VKB's operational again.

As discussed all needed parts were shipped. They should arrive later this week.
