NXT button not working.

NXT button not working.

So today a button on my Gladiator NXT stopped working. All other buttons and axes are working. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in, resetting and installing the firmware, and ensuring all cables and plugs inside the base are plugged in. If there is anything else I can try that would help that would be much appreciated.

It is the C1 button.
