Gladiator NXT software issue

Gladiator NXT software issue

Hello,

When I open up my software all these lines are greyed out. I've seen other peoples and it does not look like this. I've tested the axis and buttons and it all registers

Any ideas what can be causing this?

Press the Default button under Tools tab, then the Find&AutoConfig button in Global/External/ExternalDevices. Calibrate afterwards.

Thanks for the comment, I Tried this, when I clicked on find and show it says !!FAILED!!

You could try on of the following: restart, plug into another USB port, kill LED controlling software running in the background and anything related to Logitech, Razer, Corsair, Aorus, try on another computer.
