Gladiator NXT Red thumb button #3 broken

So my button 3 the red thumb button stopped clicking and is now stuck. Is this just a broken switch?

Open the grip and see what's inside, maybe the button is just out of position. You could use this video as a guide.

Thanks for getting back to me. I took it apart and the little button is stuck. It's pressed all the way in. I know that style button has a little audible click but nothing.

So the switch on the board is dead? In this case, please submit a service ticket to your vendor.
