Can't configure -- no THQ modules?

I followed the youtube video to build my SEM + THQ + FSM-GA module.

I'm having trouble with the configuration step, staring around 11:30 in the video. It doesn't seem like the configuration tool recognizes that I have any THQ modules. No axes are shown in the axes tab, and pressing the buttons on the THQ modules does not cause any of the buttons to flash in the test tab. It also doesn't list the THQ modules anywhere where it says "External Devices" (or similar).

The SEM and FSM-GA both work. I've tried unplugging, restarting my computer, restarting the configuration tool, holding down the two buttons to do the subaddress step again, etc. Not sure what else there is I can try.

Please post a screenshot with Global/External/ExternalDevices chart, don't crop the window.
