I have two premium gladiator nxts (one left, one right). What do I need to make this?

Option 1: 1xSEM, 1xTHQ, 1xMFH and 1xGNX HID Controller. This way you’ll have 3 devices: R GNX, L GNX and the SEM+THQ.
Option 2: 1xSEM, 1xTHQ and 1xMFH. In this case you could connect the SEM to one GNX and the THQ to the other. The problem is that one of the THQ axes will stay hidden (too many axes per device), but you could swap it with one of the existing axes on the GNX you don’t use (like the mini throttle or one of the ministick’s axes.

When installing the SEM on the GNX, do you remove and connect part of the module? If so, do I need a reinforcing plate? When connecting, does the cable run inside?

Yes, you would remove the side plates on both the module and the GNX and connect them through a coupler. There's also a small cable which plugs in both internally. Reinforcing plates are needed only for 3 units systems and larger.

I have another question. I would like to use the SEM Axis as a lever for the landing gear. If the simulation side only supports the switch, is it possible to make the Axis function as a switch with VKB software?

You could have the Landing Gear axis acting in 3 ways: digital 3 buttons, digital 2 buttons (both by swapping the detents block) and classic analog (by removing the detents block completely).

I'm sorry to ask you many questions. There seem to be three LED indicators on the lever of the SEM landing gear, how does this work? For example, do I have to make some settings for DCS? Or does it automatically turn on in sync with the simulator?

Leds are activated in sync with the lever, which will be used to retract / release the landing gear in the game. But it will be possible to assign other events to any of the three in the configurator.

Haven't been considered, but if there's enough demand it could come in the future.
Re: Build Your Own Flight Control System with GNX Modular Product Line
Hi, I purchased a horizontal THQ, a vertical SEM and the GNX USB Controller (the same day they were online in the european shop). Are all the needed cables included? I think fallout9 said they are but I'm not sure because I think I need a GNX BUS (TYPE-C)-(JST2.0-4) INTERFACE CABLE to connect the two modules and the cables included are Internal “module-to-module” cable (in both modules) and BUS (Type-C)-(Type-C) Interface Cable (in the vertical module).

Re: Build Your Own Flight Control System with GNX Modular Product Line
So I’m a big fan of this product line. I really like that simplicity! I’m not a friend of the X56 and Virpil Throttle. And this for a very simple reason: The push lever itself is totally overloaded. Too many switches and buttons where I just want to put my hand down. I’m always afraid to accidentally do anything I don’t want.
The only problem for me, which is unfortunately also decisive, is a missing ministick or something similar. I simply need some axes to strafe, you know;-)
Is there anything else in the pipeline? Or could it be all the more worthwhile for me to wait for the TECS???

Re: Build Your Own Flight Control System with GNX Modular Product Line
Looking for some advice. I put in a Day 1 order for 2x THQ, 1x-THQ-v, 1x SEM-v, 2x USB controllers, and 1x MFH. From what I understand, VKB is finishing up the firmware required for the modules, and the earliest they’d start shipping is next week.
I am personally super interested in Phase 2, specifically the WW2-style grip lever. Will this be sold as a completely different flavor of THQ, or is it simply a matter of switching out the throttle handles? Also, since there’s a bit of a delay with shipping, does this mean that Phase 2 coming “in a few weeks” is also getting pushed back?
I’m debating whether or not to just cancel my order and wait for Phase 2. I know that a lot of folks on the Discord have asked a similar question about the WW2 lever handle, so I think it would be super useful to get some updates about this!
