Gladiator MK II - 3 Buttons are not working

Try to disconnect 3-button plate and connect joystick. Will all 3 mentioned buttons be "pressed"?

Disconnected 3 buttons plate with the same results - 3 buttons are still indicated red.
Then disconnected the 9 button plate that also then connects 3 button plates with the same result - 3 buttons still indicated red

Also marked 3 buttons that are not functioning.

Try to disconnect cable NOT from 9-button PCB, but from main controller. May be cable wires or pins are shorten, or pins on main controller PCB?

This. Unscrew controller PCB if needed.
1 - Throttle,
2 - Grip
3, 4 - Axes

Tried to disconnect all the possible PB and the result was always the same in regards to 3 buttons indicated as activated.

I have modeled your situation. 5 lines flash (picture from your post Fr apr 23, 2021 20:41)if pin #2 is shortened to ground. Try to wash PCB with alcohol.

Ok, so cleaned up with alcohol the PCb but unfortunately with no success. Still 3 buttons show activated.

Please shoot PCB both sides of shown area. Closest as possible.

Try to touch R4 contacts. Сold soldering may occur.

As requested attaching photos of the PCB closer. No cold soldering have been detected.
I have also noticed that one of the button on the stick does not work - this one does not indicated red though (see picture below).

Start the configurator and activate the Poll checkbox in Profile-Buttons. And now carefully try to close the legs of the CD4021 register with tweezers 14 and 16. What's going on in the configurator?
