I made a request to the EU support (Ticket #4419) on March 1st which remains unanswered. I would need a replacement cable for my Gladiator NXT.
Would it be possible for someone to answer me?

No worries, thanks for your answer. As long as I can repair my stick in the end I'm happy (moreover the quality of your products has nothing to do with this incident, I prefer to specify it if some readers came across this subject thinking it's a design defect : it's not)
