Gladiator NXT issues

I recently acquired a Glad NXT L and it recognizes as an R. It appears to be on the 2.025 version. The only things that show response in the config tool are the X, Y and the dials on the base. Nothing from the grip perspective appears to work. i took the grip itself apart to reseat the cable on both ends.

Press the Default button and see if it's getting recognized properly.
