FAILED Error after flashing Gladiator NXT

Hi, I just attempted to flash my new gladiator nxt (using a few videos from YouTube, all saying the same process). However, once the flash completes and brings up the configurator again, the top right has a message that says “get nxt active cfg - failed” and the usual window full of options below is replaced by a white screen with only a few lines of text about the current firmware version.I’m not for sure what went wrong. I added the “user=developer” into the file and used the correct firmware from the folder. Is there anyway to revert the controller back to factory version-how it was before I attempted the flash?

I also just tried the hard reset described on the cob site and tried again. Same thing

All good. Calibrate it and play.

I guess I don’t understand. How am I supposed to calibrate it if it won’t display the calibration options in the box? It only shows the white box with text shown in the picture, no matter what I select on the tool menu bar

Press on the Test tab (which should be in the lower side of the window), then press on Axes tab, click on the Start Calibr. button, move your joystick along pitch and roll, twist it, move the throttle up and down, press on the center button of ministick (A1) until the red LED turns on, then move the ministick left/right and up/down. You'll see sliders moving on the screeen while doing this.
At the end press End Calibr button.
