Hello VKB,
I am asking here about the status of the RMA of my MCG-U Grips, because unfortunately I have not received any further responses to my inquiries in ticket ## 4547 for a week.
Here are the facts. VKB asked me to send the defective MCG-U back and I would then receive a replacement grip as soon as possible. On Thursday a week ago I received an email from UPS with the shipping order from VKB. Then I sent the defective grip to VKB on Friday. This arrived at VKB last Tuesday. Unfortunately, the delivery status of the UPS replacement delivery has not changed for over a week - order processed, ready for UPS. Apparently only the tracking number was registered by VKB, but nothing has been sent yet.
Hence my question: When will the replacement device be shipped?
