Am I the only one having a horrible time with the VKB support in Europe. I am on my 3rd ticket with them as they suddenly just closed the other ones or stopped responding without resolving anything.
My stick arrived with a broken cable on the inside and visual damages to the stick (Scratches, big seams etc.) and I am just looking to get a replacement cable and hopefully a little compensation of sorts, for the damaged stick without having to return the whole thing because of some cosmetic damage and waste energy and resources.
This time around they promised to send me a replacement cable and told me to send them some pictures so they could claim a refund from UPS that they could pass down to me.
It's now been 2 weeks after I responded to their message regarding the pictures, and I am yet to see a cable arrive at my door or get any respond from them.
I am not satisfied that I might have to start a 4th support ticket if they don't respond soon. It's 2 months since I sent my first message to them...
Has anyone in here had a similar experience or any tips on how to deal with them?

I also opened a ticket two month ago following a failure of my joystick, and it's now me that I have no answer from the support, I have launched several times, send emails via the contact form, but still no answer.

If I am not mistaken, my colleage worked with you on this ticket. Sending the replacement time takes some time but now we have it. It will be sent to you tomorrow.
