MCG Pro Twist Grip & Rudders One BB with ToeBrake

Looking for help with screenshots to create a profile allowing T-Rudder with Toe Brakes (Lever axes) and Twist Grip axes in tact while giving up GATE CONT X-Y axes and MASTER MODE Y axis. I'd like to keep MM X axis if possible. Can this be done? I keep trying to modify other profiles on here for Toes Brakes and Rudders but I can't seem to get it right. Thanks for any help!
