The website is in the move to more powerful platform. I hope we could optimize email notification to make less load to the platform. However, the throttle as a new product will be offered first as China Express Airlift option. Which means that we will not have limitation of the size of cargo but capacity of production line and the ordering process is more comfortable.

I have now had my order completed and the sticks are now being delivered, yey!!

As to the website, I do think that if the product you are selling isn't in stock (i.e. sitting on the shelves in the Netherlands) then the website should show - pre-order.

This then means we know that you haven't actually got the sticks, but we can put our orders in and as you have said Eduard you can get things moving etc.

I don't think it needs to be anymore complicated than that, I personally am not interested in where the ship is with my product, just when I am going to get it in my grubby little hands lol!

Hi, I received this email on Friday last week:

Dear customer!

Thank you for ordering with us.

Unfortunately, your Gladiator NXT is not yet arrived at our store. We are expecting to receive it next week. Your order is currently planned for shipment for Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

The parcel labels are created upfront so you might get a notification from the shipping company already.

I don't expect anyone that hasn't been dealing with logistics in retail to understand what these guys are going through. Does it really matter if we will get something today or in ten days? My order is in processing since February 28th

Well, my order from the 24th has just arrived. Was delayed by a day due to a UPS trailer hiccup apparently but it arrived safely.

I still haven't received any update on my shipping.

Yes, we received the cargo. It has been mostly processed and shipped but we are still busy with orders. All 15xxx NXT orders are shipped or will be shipped today. 160xx orders are processed and should be shipped today or tomorrow.

I cant wait for NXTs beeing back in Stock. I want these sticks. Would be my first good sticks ever. It said today would be the selling start, right? What time usually? Or am I already too late?

We plan to offer all Gunfighter variants, some UCM models and T-Rudder pedals today but unfortunately not Gladiator NXT yet.

I am expecting information from the handler soon. The cargo is in Rotterdam at the moment. As soon as it is released and we know the exact date of arrival, I will post here.
