Gladiator next 4 way hat broke

Hey there,
I bought a gladiator few months ago,

Great stick I do have one problem.the middle hat is broke.

It will not register a left push anymore and it also makes a crunchy noise when you do press it
To the left.

It will register all 4 other button presses.
