Yesterday evening I made an order (number #16163) for 2 packs of replacement springs.

I have just readed that items from 26th february batch are still pending to dispatch and I have a left hand premium NXT ordered (number #15900) that is also waiting to be dispatched (in theory)

Could you put the replacement springs from #16163 into the #15900 order box?

If you check the orders numbers you will see they are for the same customer (me).


Please confirm me here if it´s possible you do this

This ain't a pre-order.

So I propose you the following deal: I have a nice Gladiator NXT in stock (not really but that is a detail).
So send me your money and I'll send it to you whenever I really have it in stock. Yu will receive a UPS shipment notif. next week. If you wanna know exactly when the product will be shipped to you, just look at your UPS tracking, Don't bother me with mails, I wion't answer them anyway. I just might drop some vague logistics updates in this forum.

That's great, thank you for the update, and look forward to receving my order.

I think the issue people have though is not the updates but the fact you are showing these items IN STOCK. When actually you don't have them at all. It's better to be transparent and tell people the truth about stock, we would all appreciate it more.

Nop, if you read the post you'd see that the next NXT shipment arrives March 22nd, so I'd expect ordering around that date. The cargo being referred to in the post is the NXT batch that was sold on the 24th of February.

Thank you for clarifying. There is this line: "All NXT orders placed on the 24th of February onwards will also be shipped next week." The word "also" made me think this sentence was an addition, not the whole meaning of the 8th March cargo to take care of the 24th Feb customers.

Yeah understandable, but I'd say this cargo is most likely already fully sold and will be shipped out the moment it arrives at the warehouse.

I apologize that the update wasn't clear enough. I will try to clarify it

We are expecting two cargo arrives to the store in March.
The first one is sold out but not yet shipped. That one has already processed through the Dutch Custom office and on its way to our warehouse. The truck should arrive on Monday, March, 8.
Then we start dispatching the NXT orders sold from Feb, 24th until now. We ship based on the order numbers. Earlier number is shipped first.

The second cargo with NXT is arriving to our store by March, 19. It is estimated day. The containership is still on its way. It should arrive in Rotterdam in few days. Then it takes about a week to offload and process. The last ship arrives late and processing time took extra few days than usual. Therefore we couldn't start dispatching the paid orders last week.

The second cargo is not sold out. We plan to start selling few days in advance, when we know when a truck arrives to our warehouse. I hope it is explained better now Sorry for confusion.
