I just picked up a Mark 3 Kosmosima premium about a month ago, my 2nd stick arrived yesterday and I updated both sticks to the newest firmware. Both seemed to work fine, but now my right stick with the flip trigger is being activated with 2 different button pushes. It triggers button #1 and button #27 when pressed. This does not happen with the other stick at all. I have tried changing the firmware back down to the previous version as well as resetting the device back to default and recalibrating it. Neither worked. I have reflashed it back to the latest firmware.
Is there a way to adjust the button mapping so the squeeze is button #27 and not both #27 and button #1

Are you sure you have pressed the Default button after reflashing?
Also, is the rapid fire button activating buttons 1 and 27 when you're squeezing it or when you push it?

I have tried resetting it to default after firmware upgrades. It is activating when squeezing the trigger. Button one also activates when squeezing the red main trigger as well after the first click is engaged.

Please post 2 screenshots, one with Profile/Buttons/Physical layer and the other with Profile/Buttons/Logical layer.

Looking at it further, not convinced its software. When I squeeze the trigger its moving the red trigger maybe its enough that its registering in software.

Only one way to find out if it's hardware: open it up and see what's happening there.
Re: Gunfighter Mark III Space edition
Definitely a hardware issue. The lower arm that pushes the button is cracked so when it goes to push down the actuator, it doesn't have enough strength to push it before it activates the other button.

No worries, you'll get a new one; just fill up a service ticket with the local vendor.
