Y-axis not working

Y-axis not working

For some reason the Y-axis of my Gladiator NTX is not working. All else works. Don't recall changing any axis settings. Please advise. Thanks.

Open VKBDevCfg, press the Default button under Tools tab and recalibrate.

I got a flashing red with the blue light both after clicking "Start Calibr" and again following YouTube directions (pressing 3 buttons). Thanks again.
