I too ordered on the 24th and according to UPS tracking my sticks are in the Netherlands.....

Really hope UPS aren't going to mess around with the deliveries this time!!

Mine is also in the processing stage and I also ordered an NXT on the 24th... I opened a support ticket asking for info but no reply yet.

Though not bound for the UK, received the tracking link Sunday and it was planned for arrival today... alas, it hasn't been received by UPS. Only registered.

Hmm, yeah.. mine isn't bound for the UK either, just the netherlands but I haven't received a mail notification yet so I guess it isn't scheduled for shipping so far.

Guys, the shipping to the UK is going so far so good. It is not that great as in 2020 (which were less than a week) but quite stable now. The average delivery time is about 10 days.

For customers who ordered NXT:

We didn't get NXT in stock yet. Normally it takes about a week since the ship is getting offloaded. I believe the stock will arrive on Friday.
In the meanwhile, we are preparing labels in advance. When it arrives, we'll try to ship as much as we could in the same day.

#4025 Delivery - Order 15148. Should have been delivered on 11th January. It is now 4th March. Can I have a refund please?

Oh dear, should I be worried?

I was told UK shipping was back on as of last Wednesday after a very prompt ticket response and the item I wanted (Gladiuator NXT Standard) is now showing as IN STOCK, So I put my order in. However since the 28th Feb I've heard nothing even after politely enquiring about my order.

Is this what usually happens once an order is placed and paid for at VKB Europe ?

Please respond and let us know what the situation is ? Even if it's just to say we're still waiting on stock or whatever to put peoples minds at rest !

Hi Simon,
There are many status update requests from our customers who is awaiting for the order to be shipped. We will answer all of them but it takes time. As I mentioned, NXT shipping is expected to start this week. We have put the orders on sale few days beforehand. As soon as it arrives, we will dispatch the orders. In the meanwhile the labels are getting prepared so you should get a notification from UPS soon.

I wasn’t aware the IN STOCK didn’t actually mean you had them yet but were expect them soon. Whilst this is a little misleading I do understand now and will await further shipping information.

UPS seems to be a sucker these days... I am waiting for a sending (ebay-purchase from UK to Germany - nothing to do with VKB) for +50 days now, and still counting...
I can only hope that it won't be that bad when they are processing an order within the EU!

Well, it is unlucky January. That's where the most problem occurred. Some parcels are still being delivered. Now all parcels shipped in late February/March are going on usual schedule.

We have escalated your parcel issue again and I am happy to say that the parcel started moving from Eindhoven. It should be delivered to your address in mid-week. Sorry for the trouble.
