Hi,
I recently bought a gunfighter with SCG premium RH grip. I recently encountered a problem where the blue light would turn white and I would temporarily lose connection/input from buttons (axes remain functional). This has happened twice now (once again today). The black box is blue with flashing red light rather than normal green light. Both times I've had to tighten the grip again and push it down onto the base. It is seated correctly but I don't want a situation where I keep having to take it off and put it on again only for it eventually to stop connecting entirely. Is there anything else I can do? I reflashed it as initially I thought this was the issue.
The second issue is that my POV/hat will not register inout up or right (only down and left) - I've tested it in the congfig. I will reflash again to see if this corrects the hat issue.
Reporting this now as this was delivered on 15/02/2021 and I'm experiencing problems with 30 days of receipt of product.
Cheers,
Harry

Re: Gunfighter Connection issue and Hat problem
Check the 3 contact pads on the top of the base (and clean them with a bit of alcohol, it would help), then the 3 pins on the bottom of the grip - are they all at the same level? Do they look damaged?
Try to tighten more the locking bolt.
About the HAT - you said 'reflashing', why would you reflash a brand new product, which arrives with the latest stable firmware? But if you reflashed already, have you pressed the Default button after reflashing and just before calibration?

Re: Gunfighter Connection issue and Hat problem
Pins look undamaged. What should I use to apply the alcohol - would a cotton wool bud be ok? I've only had the stick for a couple of weeks so wouldn't expect the contacts to need cleaning at this stage either..
At the moment it feels like the issue is that the locking bolt is working loose over time (days/hours not weeks/months) and I keep having to retighten it or the stick loses connection. I don't want to wear out the head over time but there doesn't seem to be an alternative. Is this normal for this stick/grip? Would you guys be able to send me a replacement locking bolt and is there any potential long term issue with this situation?
Hat was not a problem - my mistake. Reflashing has not caused an issue.

Re: Gunfighter Connection issue and Hat problem
The locking bolt shouldn't loosen up in time. Is the spring washer on it though?
Next time when it's getting disconnected don't take the grip out, but twist it slowly left and right, see if it regains connection and report back; the problem might be elsewhere.
