Gladiator mkii twist spring

Hi,
Recently the part of the twist spring on my gladiator mkii snapped off. So now it won’t center the stick if I twist it to the right. I bought it from x-plane.org in July, 2020 and tried contacting them about a week ago but no response still. VKB North America said I had to go through the place where I bought it so I'm not sure what to do now. Any help is appreciated.

Please write about the issue to sales@vkb-sim.pro; hopefully there are still spare parts. Give them a few days, as they just came back from a long vacation and there's a lot to catch up. Also, check your spam folder often as the reply might get stuck in there.
