Issues with Extraneous Button Presses on Gladiator NXT Premium

Try with the latest firmware and software. Use this guide for procedure, but flash the firmware for Gladiator NXT and include the mini-throttle on the base in calibration. Don't forget to reset to default before calibrating.

Ok, I did all that. The stick is still having button issues. Looking at the button test and log it seems to have an issue with button 15. It is currently registering a button press when I'm not touching anything.

I think it's time to fill up a service ticket and link this thread to it, so they would know what has been already tried.
And if you're in the mood, you could open the whole grip until then and check if there's a mechanical issue.

Is it possible to do that is I didn't order the stick myself? It was a gift from a friend so I don't have an order to get help with in my account.
