Activate SCG Dual Trigger buttons separately

The Kosmosima SCG has a dual stage trigger. Pressing it slightly activates button 1. Pressing it all the way continues to activate button 1 while also activating button 2.

I would like to change the behavior so that pressing the trigger all the way activates button 2 and button 1 stops activating.

I am not sure how best to accomplish this using the config tool. I think I have sussed out a method using Boolean operation and virtual buttons but I think this would require me to then remap my controls. I was wondering if there was a simpler way to get my desired result.

I have no SCG, so will use Mamba controller. With similar result))
Launch VkbDevcfg.exe. Open Profile - Buttons - Physical layer tab and check Poll. Now you will see button presses.
Press 1st trigger (slightly) and see red dot. 1 I guess? Press 2nd trigger and remember its number. Release both and click 1st trigger 's cell. I have 2 buttons available, 7&8, so i clicked 7. You will press you your.
Button mapping wizard arrives.

Select ButtonD from combo box. Set Master Button number - your remembered 2nd trigger number. It will disable 1st trigger while pressed. That's all.
Click Set button.
Test result. I've pressed button 7 and than 8. #7 stays pressed bit you can see 7Up message while #8 is Dn.
