Because I've no news in the support ticket I suppose I have to write to you in the forum where everyone can read this story. Guys I bought the expensive MCG PRO with twist on 4th november and since then is an expensive brand new paperweight.
It came to me faulty with a hat button disaligned from a normal posistion. Opened support ticket and, instead of recall the bad unit and send me a new one, VKB request to me photos, of the extenal and of internals components. The client must do the work for free instead of you engineers, tearing down the stick to diagnose the problem: a bad welded ministick on a pcb. No problem, everything ok, i want my new stick operative asap so i do all this very kindly.
BUT everytthing changes when vkb promise to send to me the replacement in two weeks and .. dont arrives. They dont contact me and finally send an excuse about another customer to whom they have sent the part wrongly. Another week and they promise to solve in the same day....lie.... another week and they don response the ticket. A month and a half and my stick is still tear down without use. No return of the faulty material neither receibe parts to fixt it.
So please VKB or Eduard. Where's today the promised spare part? Would you like to receibe this support when you buy anything in another store? Just a solution before christmast.

Sorry for the problem. Actually, yes, by mistake the part was shipped together with the other stick to the other client. That person promised to forward it to you but then stop responding... I have no choice but order it again from the HQ. Sorry for delay with my answer. For the last few days it was order madness which is normal for this pre-Christmas days and we were stormed with tickets, questions, requests etc. But I can imagine that you care about your expensive product.
I expect to receive it on Monday and then immediately forwarded to you.
