Knob on new UCM mount does not work.

Hello VKB team,

I recently purchased a Gladiator NXT and a mount.

On this mount that I received, the knob you twist to clamp down on to the desk is frozen. I cannot twist the knob loose or tight.
So currently I am only able to tighten down one knob.
I tried with an allen key and I cant even get it to loosen to get it out of the bracket the knob bolt passes thru.

Please Assist.

I received all the needed parts, and my issue is resolved. (Also the extra springs, thank you!)

i had the same problem with mine, but when they told me to take off the clamp, i managed to loosen the screw and just run it back and forth. the thread was damaged, but running back and forth smoothed it out enough that it works now and doesn't get stuck. managed to let them know before they shipped the replacement clamp out.

You can add a little grease to the screw thread. A little bit.
