Gladiator NXT - Y-Axis Not responding

Postby antdroid » Tue Oct 20, 2020 7:33

Hi - just received NXT today with premium grip. Everything works out of the box EXCEPT the Y-Axis (pitch up/down). I tried upgrading to latest firmware 2.00.7 and it didnt resolve it. Tried removing and reattaching the cables and nothing as well. Any help?

Have you pressed the Default button and re-calibrated after flashing?

Yes, several times. Also tried a different computer just in case.

Press the Default button and re-calibrate. Please DO NOT make any other changes to the profile and post the same screenshot (first one).

I went through the troubleshooting with tech support this morning and it's still not responding, so hoping it'll get RMA'd or a better resolution from VKB HQ.
