Gladiator NXT firmware flash failure

Just got my Gladiator NXT Premium, and it came with firmware 2.0. I downloaded VKBDevCfg, ZBootloader, and the newest 2.007 firmware. I ran the bootloader as shown in the video, and the flash failed. It said Error and gave a long number. Now VKBDevCfg constantly locks up. It recognizes the stick, but if I click anything, the software freezes. I tried running the bootloader again, but I get a looping error that says it cannot write the config file. Is my stick dead?

Run the software as Admin. Kill background software like Aorus, Logitech, Razer etc. Change USB port. Try another computer.
(could also try to click on the Default button in software)
